Reports
The report is your Analytics dashboard as a branded PDF document. It captures your compliance position at a moment in time so you can file it with a scheme, share it with an advisor, or keep it as a record. Download it with the report button on the top-right of the Analytics page.
What the report contains
| Section | Detail |
|---|---|
| Header | Your workspace name, who generated it and when (UTC), and the regulatory data version the figures were computed against. |
| KPI cards | Tonnes on market (12 months), markets, products, and products missing packaging. |
| Markets by tonnage | Each market with its tonnage, estimated fee and confidence status, and a note where components are unpriced. |
| Packaging placed on market | The material split over 12 months, by tonnage. |
| 12-month trend | Monthly tonnage as a bar chart. |
| Footer legend | What each confidence label means, and a reminder that every figure carries its source in the app. |
The status colours map to Oblifee's confidence convention:
- Confirmed - a published scheme rate.
- Illustrative - a scheme draft.
- Estimate - Oblifee's own figure, marked as such.
See Confidence & citations for the full convention.
When to use it
- Filing with a scheme - a dated, self-contained snapshot of your tonnage and fees.
- Briefing an advisor or consultant - hand over your position without giving portal access.
- Board or finance packs - a clean summary that names its regulatory data version, so anyone can see exactly which rules it reflects.
:::note Scoped and dated The report reflects your active business selection from the header picker, and it stamps the regulatory data version it used. If you regenerate it after the brain updates or after you change the business scope, the figures may differ - that is expected, and the header tells you which inputs produced this copy. :::
:::warning Trial workspaces cannot export While your workspace is on a trial, report export is disabled and you are sent to billing. Choose a plan to enable exports. See Plans & modules. :::
