Billing during beta

Oblifee is currently in public beta. This changes one thing about billing, and it is worth being clear about: every compliance module is switched on for every workspace, at no extra cost.

What is free right now​

While the beta is on:

  • All five compliance modules — Labelling, Recyclability (RAM), WEEE & batteries, Reporting & PPWR and the Consultant workbench — are available to every workspace, whether or not you hold the matching add-on.
  • You can use and evaluate them fully, so you can decide what is worth keeping before you pay for it.
  • In the app, modules you have not bought show an "In beta" badge next to their price, to make clear they are on for now because of the beta.

:::info Your base plan still applies The beta covers module access, not your whole bill. You still choose and pay for a base plan (Starter, Growth or Scale), and its limits — businesses, markets, products, users, AI generations — still apply. What the prices on the page mean​

The prices shown against each module are what will apply once the beta ends — not what you are charged today. Showing them now means there are no surprises later: you can see exactly what each module will cost when you need to decide.

What changes when the beta ends​

When the beta is turned off, module access follows entitlement: a module stays available only if you hold its add-on. Modules you have not added become locked, and the module list on your Billing page becomes the place to switch on the ones you want to keep.

Your base plan, card and data are unaffected — only which modules are unlocked changes.

How you will be told​

You will not lose access without warning. Before the beta ends, Oblifee will notify workspace owners so you have time to decide which modules to keep and to switch them on from the Billing page. Billing notifications appear in the app and are sent by email according to your notification preferences.

:::tip Decide early You do not have to wait for the beta to end. If you already know a module is part of how you work, switch it on now from Billing → Change plan so your entitlement is in place ahead of time. See Managing your subscription. :::
