Oblifee's coverage is not a hand-kept list - it is whatever the regulatory brain actually holds. This page explains what a market and a stream are, how coverage is worked out, and where to see the live map of everything the brain covers.
Markets and streams
A market is a nation or region with its own EPR rules - the UK, France, Germany, the EU as a framework layer, and so on. Each market carries a status (for example, live or emerging) and a regulator.
A stream is a kind of producer responsibility. The brain organises its facts by stream, and Oblifee's modules read the stream they need:

A market can appear in more than one stream - it may have packaging rules and WEEE rules, tracked separately.
How coverage is determined
A market counts as covered in a stream when the brain holds facts for it there - a scheme, an obligation or a fee rate. Markets with a registration path but no fees yet still show, as emerging coverage. Because coverage is computed from the brain's contents, it grows the moment new facts are loaded - nothing is hard-coded.

The public coverage map
The marketing site publishes a live coverage map that reads directly from the brain's current contents:
The map shows, per jurisdiction and stream, counts only - how many obligations, rates and schemes the brain holds, and the date it was last updated. It deliberately never exposes the actual rates, thresholds or citations: those are the product, and you see them once you are in your workspace.

Coverage is expanding
Oblifee's coverage grows continuously as the brain is monitored and extended. A market that is missing today may be added without any change to the app - the moment its facts land in the brain, they appear in the map, the explorer and the relevant modules. Material additions are announced in the News feed.
