Registrations

Before you can report or pay EPR fees in a market, you usually have to register as a producer with that market's regulator. The Registrations page shows where you are obliged to register, who to register with, and lets you record the details once you have. It works out that list from the markets you actually ship to - you do not have to tell it where you sell.

How Oblifee decides where you must register

Oblifee looks at the markets in your volumes - the places you have recorded placing goods on the market - and, for each, pulls the brain's registration guidance:

Each market is a card. Markets where you have not recorded a registration are highlighted as needing attention; markets where you have are marked as captured.

Recording a registration

For each market card you can record the registration you hold: the business it belongs to, the scheme, the registration number, the date registered and any notes. Saving marks that market as captured. This is a record you keep - Oblifee does not submit it for you.

:::info Why Oblifee guides rather than files None of these regulators exposes a public registration API. So Oblifee does the honest thing: it guides you to the right body, captures what you register, and exports the supporting data - rather than pretending to file on your behalf. To register a market you have not started shipping to yet, see Adding a registration manually. :::

Export a report pack

Each market card offers a report pack export - a CSV of the packaging you placed on that market over the last 12 months, ready to support a submission. If your data has open quality alerts, the export shows an honesty check first. See Report exports for what the pack contains.

Markets you do not yet ship to

Below your own markets, the page lists other registration paths the brain knows about - markets that do not currently apply to your data, with their regulator, requirement, frequency and threshold. It is a reference for planning ahead: if you are about to enter a market, you can see its registration path before you place a single unit.
