Reporting & PPWR

The Reporting & PPWR module answers two questions: are my numbers ready to submit? and am I on track for the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)? It does not ask you to re-enter anything - it reads the products, packaging, volumes and markets already in your workspace and turns them into a report you can act on.

What it produces

The module has two parts, one below the other.

PartWhat it gives you
Submission-ready EPR figuresA per-market table of tonnage placed on the market and the estimated fee, each row carrying its confidence status, plus a one-click PDF export.
PPWR readinessA tile per PPWR pillar showing which are already covered by an Oblifee module and which are still upcoming.

Submission-ready EPR figures

For each of your markets, the table shows:

  • Tonnage placed on the market over the reporting window.
  • The estimated fee, in the market's own currency.
  • A confidence status on the figure - confirmed or illustrative - so you know how far to lean on it before filing.

A Download report button produces the branded Oblifee PDF - the same figures as a document you can attach to a scheme submission or share internally. The PDF is covered in detail under Report exports.

:::info Why "submission-ready", not "submitted" Oblifee prepares the figures and the report; it is not a filing portal. You take the export to each scheme. That boundary is deliberate - see What Oblifee is not. :::

PPWR readiness

The EU PPWR reshapes packaging obligations around a handful of pillars. The module shows a tile for each, so you can see where Oblifee already helps and what is on the roadmap:

PPWR pillarStatus in Oblifee
RecyclabilityCovered today by the Recyclability (RAM) module.
Recycled contentUpcoming.
LabellingCovered today by On-pack labelling.
ReuseUpcoming.
Substances of concernUpcoming.

Pillars that are live link straight through to the module that handles them; upcoming pillars are marked as such.

Availability

During the beta, every module is open to every workspace. As modules move to general availability, Reporting & PPWR becomes a switchable add-on - see Plans & modules.
