Meet Obli

Obli is the AI assistant built into Oblifee. It sits on every portal page as a floating button, ready to answer questions about your packaging obligations, fees, deadlines and data - across every market you sell into. Ask it in plain language and it replies in yours.

Obli exists to save you digging. Instead of opening five screens to work out what a market costs or when something is due, you ask, and Obli reads the same data those screens read and answers with the figures - and where they came from.

What Obli can answer

Obli is good at questions grounded in your own position and the rules that apply to it:

  • "What's my current position?" - tonnage, estimated fees, statuses and anything missing.
  • "What do I owe in Germany, and when?" - obligations, deadlines and thresholds per market.
  • "How do I register in France?" - the regulator, where to register and what is required.
  • "What will next year cost at my current run rate?" - a forward projection.
  • "Where are my fees coming from, and how could I cut them?" - fee contribution and savings ideas to explore.
  • "What are the current rates for Spain?" - the cited regulatory detail for one market.

:::info Grounded only in your data and the brain Every number Obli quotes comes from a live lookup against your workspace and the cited regulatory brain - never from the model's memory. If it has not looked a figure up, it will not state it, and it never invents rates, fees or dates. Figures marked estimate or illustrative are always described that way. See How Obli stays grounded. :::

Included in every plan

Obli comes with every plan - there is no separate add-on to buy. It is available in any active workspace on a live plan.

To keep it fast and fair, there is a limit of 50 messages per workspace per day. The allowance is shared across everyone in the workspace and resets daily. A message that fails because the model was briefly unavailable does not count against it.

What Obli will not do

  • It explains and estimates; it does not give binding legal or tax advice. For filings it points you at the regulator or a professional.
  • It only sees your workspace - never another customer's data.
  • Savings ideas are opportunities to explore with your scheme, phrased as estimates, never guarantees.
