About Oblifee​

What is Oblifee, in one sentence?

A modular packaging-compliance platform that turns your product and packaging data into submission-ready EPR calculations, labelling checks, recyclability ratings and reports - market by market, with every figure traced to its source. See What is Oblifee?.

What is Oblifee not?
  • Not a submission portal. It prepares submission-ready figures and reports you file with each scheme; it does not file on your behalf.
  • Not legal advice. It cites the rules and labels its confidence; you and your advisors make the final call.
  • Not an order-management or storefront tool. Its integrations pull only the product and volume data compliance needs.

Filing & advice​

Does Oblifee file my EPR returns for me?

No. Oblifee prepares submission-ready figures and reports and tracks what you owe and when, but you (or your consultant) file them with each scheme. Producer-responsibility bodies generally do not expose a public registration or filing API, so Oblifee guides, captures and exports rather than submitting for you. See Registrations.

Is Oblifee legal advice?

No. Oblifee is decision-support. It shows you the cited rule behind every number and an honest confidence label - confirmed, illustrative or estimate - so you can make an informed decision with your advisors. It does not replace professional or legal advice.

How accurate are the numbers?

Every figure carries a confidence label and, where confirmed, a citation to the in-force rule it rests on. Confirmed figures are computed deterministically from the regulatory brain; estimates and illustrative figures are clearly marked as such. See Confidence labels.

Data & security​

How is my data kept separate from other customers?

Every workspace's data is separated at the database with row-level security, enforced below the application, so one workspace can never read another's rows. See Tenant isolation.

What data does Oblifee hold about my customers?

None. People exist in Oblifee only as your own authenticated users. Your shoppers' personal data, order contents and payment card details are not stored. See Data handling.

How do I sign in? Do you store my password?

You sign in through a managed identity provider (email or social). Oblifee runs no password database and never sees your credentials. See Authentication.

Pricing & beta​

How much does Oblifee cost?

Oblifee is a modular platform: a base plan plus add-on modules you switch on as your obligations grow. See Plans & modules for current pricing.

What does "beta" mean for me?

During the current beta, every module is available to every workspace so you can explore the whole platform. Module pricing is shown, but add-on gating is not enforced yet; as modules reach general availability, each becomes a switchable add-on. See Compliance modules.

Integrations​

How do I get my product and volume data in?

By hand, by CSV import (with AI-assisted column mapping), or by connecting a source - Shopify, Squarespace, or your ERP via a scoped REST token. See Integrations & API.

Will connecting my store expose my orders or customers?

No. Integrations are scoped to product identity and aggregate volumes only - not orders, baskets, customers or card data. See Integrations & API.

Consultants​

I look after several clients. Can I manage them all?

Yes. The consultant workbench lets you manage a portfolio of client workspaces from one place, each kept fully isolated from the others. See Consultant workbench.

Markets & scope​

Which markets does Oblifee support?

The brain covers the UK and European markets today, and coverage is expanding continuously. For the current authoritative list, see Brain coverage - it is generated from the brain itself. See also Markets & streams.

Does Oblifee cover more than packaging?

Yes. Alongside packaging EPR it covers on-pack labelling, recyclability (RAM), WEEE & batteries, and PPWR reporting - each as a module reading the same data. See Compliance modules.

Obli, the assistant​

What is Obli and how does it work?

Obli is the built-in AI assistant. It reads your workspace and the regulatory brain to answer questions, explain a figure, and point you at the right module or docs page. It works from your own data and cited rules - it does not invent numbers. See Obli.
